Latest and best directions to Disney World from Bahama Bay Resort, avoiding the traffic on US 27:
Turn left out of Bahama Bay Resort on to Florence Villa Grove Rd. Continue to the next crossroad and take a left on to Westside Boulevard. Continue straight until you come to the intersection with the 192 and take a right. Continue on 192 to SR.429 North and at the traffic lights turn left on to SR.429(N). Pay the toll, $1 for two axles, and take the next exit signposted Disney World.
I drove the route today and is was almost exactly seven miles and ten minutes. It was an easy drive with no hold ups.
Effectively this route cuts the corner and reduces the time taken from Bahama Bay Resort to Disney World. It is also means you do not have to use US 27 which is notoriously busy.
